Why Donate?
Why should you donate to United Way of Isabella County? Because your
donation stays right here in Isabella County and helps support local
programs, which in turn build a stronger community.
Although you may not currently receive benefits from one of the many
community programs available, statistics show that at some point in
everyone's life they will either need assistance or know someone who does.
Isn't it nice to know that your contribution will help your neighbors,
friends, co-workers, or maybe your own family?
Your contribution, no matter the size, makes a big impact on our
community. Below are some examples of how your donation matters.
Consider this....
- For the cost of a latte, only $3 a week, you can provide food for a
family of 5 for 2 weeks.
- For the cost of a small toy, only $7 a week, you can provide up to
25 children with car seats.
- For the cost of a new shirt, only $12 a week, you can deliver 98
meals to older adults.
- For the cost of a movie for two, only $16.50 a week, you can fund
106 calls to help refer individuals to the services they need.”
Are there tax benefits?
Yes, your donation is a charitable contribution and can be recorded on
your income tax.
Can I choose where the money goes?

specific agency that you would like to designate your contribution to.
